Seeking International Partners

Help bring the PLS Framework to
your country, community or network

Are you passionate about parenting, child development, or supporting caregivers in kindergartens and schools?

Do you want to offer concrete, research-informed tools for adult leadership, conflict resolution, limit-setting and trauma-informed support in relationships with children?

The PLS framework offers practical, structured, and developmentally supportive models for guiding adults in challenging everyday situations with children.

Hans Holter Solhjell

I am Hans Holter Solhjell, the developer of the PLS Framework and its broad set of systemic and skill based practical educational models. As a visitor on this page, you might know me as a body-oriented trauma-therapist, TRE trainer and as the developer of The Response Funnel Model. This one pillar of my work.

Another pillar is the PLS framework, developed over 20 years as a parent, parenting coach and conflict resolution trainer for kindergartens and schools. This part of my work is presented on the Famlab website, where you will find all the information about the PLS Certfication Training.

I am now seeking international collaborators to help share the PLS Framework (Positive Learning Spirals) with new communities worldwide. Collaboration can involve help organize, promote, and later on, after a training period, potentially teach the PLS certification training — online or in person — and form the original group of the PLS international network.
