The PLS Authoritative Leadership Style Model
The Authoritative parenting and leadership style is widely considered, based on decades of research, to be the best for children’s development, in families, kindergartens and schools.

Experiences from Kanva’s Kindergartens
15 kindergarten teachers from Kanva’s kindergartens completed the training and use it in their everyday work with children, collaboration with colleagues and guidance of parents. Here you can read more about their experiences:

Famlab is part of the international organization FamilyLab Association, FLA.
FLA is present in over 20 countries, with course activities, education, translation of books and articles from Jesper Juul etc.
